Terms and Conditions Payment of the appropriate fee entitles the owner to place a caravan or tent on the pitch specified by the Proprietors for the stipulated period. It is not intended to create any greater right or interest and in particular does not constitute a tenancy or letting of any nature whatsoever. Your vehicles and their accessories and contents are left at your own risk. The proprietors will not be responsible for loss or damage thereof or thereto from any cause whatsoever or from negligence of their servants. The proprietors cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or accident sustained at Glan Byl Caravan & Campsite, this includes any accident or personal injury. Children should be supervised by a responsible adult when using any site facility, not only for their own safety but to regulate behaviour. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the site, and in the interest of hygiene and children's safety, owners are requested to clear up after their pets. Purpose built and disposable barbecues are allowed provided they do not cause annoyance to others or cause damage to the grass. |
